Why aren't my system fonts showing?

You need to grant permission when prompted. If you denied access, clear your browser data or check browser settings to reset the permission. The Local Font Access API is supported in Chrome 94+, Edge 94+, and Opera 80+.

How do I download fonts?

Click the download icon on any Google Font card in the Preview page. You'll get a ZIP file with all available font weights. For system fonts, we provide instructions on how to locate them on your computer.

Can I use variable fonts?

Yes! Many Google Fonts now support variable font technology. Look for the "Variable" badge in our font list. You can adjust weight, width, and optical size sliders in our tools. Check out Squish Lab for advanced variable font controls.

How do I check WCAG contrast?
