By accessing or using FontPreview ("the Service"), including our Google Font previewer, font pairing generator, and typography QA laboratory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. What FontPreview Does #

FontPreview is a client-side typography laboratory. All font previews, comparisons, and text rendering using our online typography workspace and compare Google Fonts side by side tool happen entirely in your browser. We do not store text you type, upload font files, retain screenshots, or track individual font selections.

The Service includes web font tester, variable font axes preview, WCAG font accessibility checker, and font contrast ratio tool features, all provided "as-is" for design evaluation.

3. Font Licenses & Intellectual Property #

FontPreview does not own, sell, or sublicense fonts. We provide a user interface to preview and compare fonts from:

• Google Fonts: Licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).
• System Fonts: Licensed by your operating system vendor.

All trademarks, font names, and brand identities are property of their respective owners. For help identifying open source fonts, use our license checker tool.

4. AI Brand Analyzer Terms #

The AI font psychology tool (Brand Analyzer) uses AI to provide sentiment analysis and brand archetype matching for how to choose fonts for branding.

By using this feature, you acknowledge: Your brand description is sent securely for processing, analysis is temporary, we do not store your data, and results are for informational purposes only.

5. Acceptable Use Policy #

You agree not to: use automated tools to access the Service, reverse-engineer our interface, interfere with performance, or use FontPreview for illegal purposes. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

High-performance web fonts for SEO and typography workflow optimization features are provided for legitimate design use only. Our font rendering test across browsers tool is for testing purposes only.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability #

FontPreview is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of font renderings, accuracy of AI analysis, or that fonts displayed are licensed for commercial use.

You are responsible for verifying font licenses before using them in commercial projects using our identifying open source fonts and font license checker for commercial use tools.
